We're BuildX, and we're revolutionizing accessory dwelling unit construction in southeastern Massachusetts. We need an experienced construction professional who's ready to manage projects instead of just building them.

• Oversee 3-5 active ADU projects simultaneously (12-15 completions annually)
• Manage simple, efficient builds under 900 sq ft - no complicated architecture here
• Drive to job sites daily in your company vehicle
• Coordinate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality control
• Document progress and keep projects on schedule and budget
• Split time between field supervision and office management

• You've worked construction with your own hands - we want someone who's been in the trenches
• You understand site work, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work
• You're ready to put down the tools and pick up the clipboard
• You can manage people, timelines, and budgets without breaking a sweat
