General Construction Laborer

As a General Laborer, you will be involved in various foundation, water, and sewer projects. You will be responsible for getting to the site each day and working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on most sites.

• Participate in water, drainage, electrical, and telephone projects.
• Work on gravity sewer mains, sewer force mains, and sewer pump stations.
• Perform foundation work, sewer, and water tasks.
• Utilize heavy equipment and piping techniques in the person laying role.

• Water and sewer experience.
• General construction experience
• Experience in foundation work and sewer/water projects.

• Dirt experience and light grading with a shovel.
• Preferred: MA2A1C License to operate machines.

There is ample room for growth and a clear career path to a foreman position. Working with a team of over 50 field professionals on large job sites provides excellent opportunities for learning and advancement.

You will be working outside 100% of the time on projects based in the South Shore area, avoiding city locations. These projects include town jobs and other municipal work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARVER, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
