Start Date:
July 1, 2026
Salary: $155,934 – $159,334 (with district longevity) (260 day contract July 1 – June 30)
Responsible To:
Executive Director of Specialized Education Services
Position
Purpose:
Provides leadership, oversight, and supervision of B-22 specialized education services and programs to ensure high-quality instruction, compliance, and positive outcomes for students with disabilities.

Qualifications:
Valid State of Minnesota License – Director of Special Education;
Special Education Teacher licensure or related service provider license
- Five (5) years in special education experience
- Three (3) years previous administration experience in special education
- Program development and experience evaluating teachers
- Proven success in working with students, parents, staff and administrators
- Experience with continuous improvement and data management
Benefits:
Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Non-Aligned Coordinators, Managers and Supervisors and Chaska School District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime and comp time.
