We are urgently hiring an Infant Toddler Assistant Teacher for our Carver preschool and daycare. This full-time childcare position supports our infant and toddler classrooms and offers a consistent schedule between 7:30am–5:00pm
.

• Support Lead Teachers in infant and toddler classrooms
• Help create a calm, nurturing early childhood education environment
• Assist with age-appropriate curriculum and daily routines
• Maintain high-quality childcare and daycare standards
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families

You’re not just assisting — you’re helping shape a child’s very first school experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool as an assistant teacher or floating teacher
• Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
• Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification preferred (not required)
• Passion for early childhood education
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset

$17 - $24 an hour

Payroll is processed weekly. Pay rates are based on experience, education, and certification.
