Educational Support Professional – RBT – Early Childhood
Starting Date: Aug 31, 2026
Location: Carver Elementary School – Carver, Massachusetts
Job Description:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – full time, 5 days per week, 6.5 hours per day.
- Provide ABA services to students grades PreK‑2, primarily preschool‑age students diagnosed with autism.
- Work with students, teachers, and support staff to implement individualized behavior plans.
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and parents.
Compensation: Union Contract Base Pay: $25.47 per hour.
Compensation per Education Association of Plymouth and Carver Agreement. Union contracts can be found on (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician certification or equivalent ABA experience.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
