• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry.
• Apply advanced techniques including color theory to create stunning nail designs tailored to each client's preferences.
• Conduct specialized treatments like dermabrasion, esthetic laser procedures, body waxing, hair threading, and eyelash extensions to enhance overall beauty.
• Follow strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable services or retail products, and upsell additional treatments confidently.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of nail care products, tools, and latest trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Manage retail sales efficiently by promoting skincare products, nail polishes, and beauty accessories that complement services offered.

• Proven experience working as a manicurist or nail technician within the beauty industry; certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing is required.
• Strong understanding of color theory, nail extensions (including acrylics), gel manicures, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices.
• Ability to perform detailed work such as nail art design using various techniques and tools.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients through personalized care.
• Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling of products and services.
• Additional skills such as hair styling, barbering, Japanese Head Spa, and esthetician services are not required but a plus.
