CLIENT S HOURLY RATES

• LPN: up to $55/hr

SUMMARY OF CLIENT S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Work directly with developmentally disabled adult residents to ensure that their needs are met.
• Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.
• Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient s care plan.
• Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations.
• Work with the medical team, patient, and family to ensure a pleasant and positive atmosphere.
• Participate in rounds, ensure others are caring for the patient, understand treatments provided, and ascertain future needs.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including personal care tasks such as eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, continence management, and transferring.

CLIENT S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and CPR certification
