Job Summary

One of our clients is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide support and care in the Carver/Lakeville area. Immediate start.

• Registered Nurse (RN): $60/hr.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $55/hr.

• Work directly with residents to ensure that their needs are met.
• Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.
• Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in the patient’s care plan.
• Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations.
• Work with medical team, patient, and their family and visitors to ensure a pleasant and positive atmosphere.
• Participate in rounds, ensuring others are caring for the patient, understanding treatments that have been provided, and ascertaining the patient’s future needs.

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including a physical examination, TB skin test, and CPR certification.

• Weekly compensation processing.
• Schedule flexibility: increase or decrease workload at your discretion.
