We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Accounting team. In this role, you'll support customer accounts, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation while helping maintain the financial health of our global organization.

• Conduct account research and analysis
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Maintain customer credit files
• Resolve past-due invoices and payment discrepancies
• Maintain the customer credit hold system
• Apply and post customer cash receipts
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Support additional accounts receivable functions as assigned

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Accounts receivable or accounting experience
• ERP or accounting software experience
• Customer service or collections experience
• Strong analytical skills
