Job Title:

Office Assistant – Travel Office

We are seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Office Assistant to support daily operations in a fast‑paced travel office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, supporting travel advisors, and delivering excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors; provide a welcoming office experience
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general travel inquiries
  • Support travel advisors with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Organize client files, invoices, and travel documents
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with vendor visits, trainings, and events
  • Help prepare materials for promotions, Lunch & Learns, and team meetings
  • Support special projects as needed
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Customer service–focused with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Spreadsheets / Zoom)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
  • Previous office, customer service, or travel experience preferred

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Professional communication and customer‑focused mindset
  • Interest in travel is a plus (no travel industry experience required)
