Job Title:
Office Assistant – Travel Office
We are seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Office Assistant to support daily operations in a fast‑paced travel office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, supporting travel advisors, and delivering excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors; provide a welcoming office experience
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general travel inquiries
- Support travel advisors with administrative tasks and documentation
- Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Organize client files, invoices, and travel documents
- Maintain office supplies and assist with vendor visits, trainings, and events
- Help prepare materials for promotions, Lunch & Learns, and team meetings
- Support special projects as needed
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer service–focused with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Spreadsheets / Zoom)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time‑management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Interest in travel is a plus (no travel industry experience required)
