We are looking for an experienced Associate Sourcing Manager to support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier management. This role focuses on driving cost efficiencies, improving supplier performance, and ensuring high-quality supply across key commodities.

• Support the development and execution of strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing strategies and supplier initiatives
• Conduct cost analysis, supplier evaluations, and make-vs-buy decisions
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Monitor market trends and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and manage supplier scorecards and performance reviews
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management
• Strong experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive cost-saving strategies
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g.
