** Senior Analyst - Sales Support
** In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, reporting, and operational support that improve business performance and customer outcomes. ** What You Will Do
*** Lead complex sales analytics projects that support business planning, pricing, territory management, and commercial decision-making.
* Develop dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for sales and business leaders.
* Analyze customer, market, and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
* Translate business requests into analytical approaches, recommendations, and measurable action plans.
* Support pricing and quoting activities by leveraging market analysis and customer data to inform recommendations.
* Maintain and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) data, account assignments, and sales tracking processes to ensure data accuracy.
* Create executive-ready analyses and presentations that communicate business impact, performance trends, and strategic opportunities.
* Train and support team members on reporting tools, analytics processes, and best practices to improve organizational capability.
** What You Will Need
**** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree required.
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales operations, business analytics, data analytics, commercial operations, finance, or a related field.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
* Experience working with customer, sales, market, or operational data to support business decision-making.
* Experience with Data cleansing and automation
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, DAX, and data modeling.
* Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
