Plans, schedules, and monitors the inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders.
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound material movement from suppliers
- Determine material requirements
- Coordinate material movement with purchasing, production, and engineering
- Develop specifications for new contract orders
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, or material coordination
- Prior experience in the medical device industry preferred
