A global manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering operations within a highly automated production environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, supporting capital projects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
What You’ll Do- Lead maintenance and engineering teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and improve machine reliability
- Support automation, robotics, and new equipment installations
- Lead capital improvement and industrialization projects
- Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Manage vendors, project timelines, and technical resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or maintenance leadership
- Experience with high-speed automation, robotics, pick-and-place, or continuous motion equipment
- Leadership role with a globally recognized manufacturer
- Highly automated environment with advanced equipment and robotics
- Strong visibility to plant leadership and operations
