We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and improve magnetic components that shape the future of global technology.
About the Role and Your Impact
* Design, develop, and improve magnetic component products, including defining and building prototypes
* Drive quality and performance improvements through testing, analysis, and refinement
* Work with sales and marketing to translate customer needs into product specifications
* Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to transition designs into production
* Serve as the engineering contact for released products and support them throughout their lifecycle
Who We're Looking For
* Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology
* Experience with AutoCAD and Solid Works (preferred)
* Ability to generate cost-reduction ideas without sacrificing quality or performance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
