Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant for Assisted Living in Cary, IL, to join our full-time team. The role pays hourly and includes every other weekend.
You will assist residents with daily living activities, transport them within the community, respond to emergencies, and help monitor vital signs according to care plans. A high school diploma is required; CPR is preferred, and experience with elderly residents is a plus.
