Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Aegis is seeking a contract recruiter to join our client's organization in Cary, IL. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

Must have:

• Ability to read Spanish applications and conduct interviews in Spanish.
• 3+ years of Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong phone screening and interview scheduling experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting background (preferred).
• Experience sourcing through career fairs and proactive recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound applicants for multiple manufacturing positions
• Conduct phone screens in both English and Spanish
• Read and review applications submitted in Spanish
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
• Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient hiring process
