Durex Industries, part of Spirax Group, is seeking an HR Generalist to recruit and onboard hourly staff at our Cary, IL plant. You will source, interview, hire and maintain records, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals.
You will build relations with local schools and diversity partners, manage the onboarding flow, and coordinate with HR for job descriptions and requisitions. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in talent acquisition, plus Spanish bilingualism, are preferred.
