Roll Stock Slitting Specialist Own the cut. Keep production flowing.

Precisely slit a variety of materials — foil, film, Tyvek, and paper laminates — that feed our press, lamination, and pouch lines, plus customer roll stock orders.

Measure with a standard ruler to 1/16" and verify specs before and during runs.

Handle and position very large rolls (several hundred pounds) with assist equipment; lift up to 65 lbs as needed.

Stand and walk for the full shift while maintaining focus on quality and throughput.

Schedule2nd Shift (Cary Location): 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday–Friday Must‑haves2+ years of hands‑on mechanical experience (cars, machines, engines/transmissions, etc.)At least 18 years old and able to pass reading and ruler testing (includes a pre‑employment ruler test to 1/16")Ability to squat, bend, crouch, and kneel; tolerance for chemicals and occasional strong odors

Comfort working on your feet throughout the shift

Nice‑to‑haves1+ year as a machine operator

ISO‑driven manufacturing/light industrial experience

Background in lamination, packaging, or pharmaceutical industries (not required — we will train)
