Are you a CNC Operator looking to work on high-precision components with modern equipment, while receiving comprehensive training on machine setups?

This is a stable, dayshift role where you'll operate mills and lathes, with clear, hands‑on training to progress your skills into performing full machine setups.

The company is an industry‑leading manufacturer, well known for looking after their people and promoting from within. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a CNC Operator to their team.

This role would suit a CNC Operator with lathe or milling experience, looking to learn new skills and join a company they can grow with long term.

• Operating CNC mills and lathes (with full training provided on machine setups)
• Fabricating high‑precision machined parts
• Verifying parts using precision measuring equipment
• Performing quality tests and operational checks
• Monday‑Friday, day shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)
• Lots of overtime available at 1.5x

• Previous CNC operating experience
• No machine setup experience required (comprehensive training will be provided)
• Lathe experience highly desirable (milling experience considered with training provided on lathes)
• Able to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
