* 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, M-F Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age and pass our pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests.
* Mechanical aptitude and/or minimum of 6 months' experience with similar machinery (Lamination, Coating, Press) doing adhesive, ink or coating mixing is required
* Ability to accurately measure and interpret measurements up to 1/16th of an inch using a ruler or tape measure.
* Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
* Must be able to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors.
* Physical activity involves lifting, bending crouching, walking, sitting standing, kneeling, pulling, stretching and reaching throughout the shift without accommodations. A Lamination / Coater Mixologist is responsible for assisting the Lamination and Coater Operators and Helpers to meet the daily production goals of the solvent base and solventless laminators and/or coating machines by safely and accurately mixing the adhesives and coatings used for these processes.
The Lamination / Coater Mixologist works under the direct guidance of the Process Engineer, the Production Supervisor and/or the Manager of Plant Operations.
