Wire Assembler (1st Shift) – Clean, High-Tech Manufacturing Environment

We're looking for a detail-oriented Wire Assembler to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you'll work on advanced automated machinery, building and wiring electrical systems that play a critical role in performance and reliability.
What You'll Do- Assemble and wire electrical systems for automated equipment from start to finish
- Build control boxes by drilling, mounting components, and wiring with clean, organized layouts
- Solder PC boards and cable assemblies, including high-density connectors
- Route, terminate, and crimp wiring to ensure reliable connections
- Read and follow blueprints and electrical schematics
- Construct and support electrical test fixtures for quality testing
- Attach panels and components to machines as part of final assembly
- Assist with updating Bills of Materials and electrical documentation
- Use hand and power tools safely in a production setting

What We're Looking For Core Skills- Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly (manufacturing or production environment)
- Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams
- Experience with wiring, crimping, and cable routing
- Basic soldering skills (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools daily
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience with control panels or automated equipment
- Familiarity with PC boards, connectors, or test fixtures
- Cleanroom or temperature-controlled environment experience
You'll work in a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled production space designed for precision and comfort. This role is active and hands-on, involving regular use of tools and repetitive tasks like wire crimping—ideal for someone who enjoys consistent, detail-focused work.

This is a Contract position based out of Cary, IL.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
