Shift Options:2nd
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (OT available until 1:00 AM)
Training:
All new hires complete approximately 4–5 weeks of training on 1st shift.
Pay: $17.50–$19.20/hour

We are hiring for multiple positions, including standard assembly, clean room assembly, and future production openings.
Responsibilities Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products
Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment
Perform quality inspections and testing
Complete production and inspection documentation
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Follow quality, ISO, and safety procedures
Qualifications
Required:
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
Mechanical, electronics, or medical device assembly experience
Precision manufacturing or metal fabrication experience
Clean room experience
Welding or polishing experience
Quality inspection and testing experience
