Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00/hour + 15% shift differential (2nd shift) + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus + $500 Referral Opportunities

Schedule/Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

We are seeking CNC Operators to prepare, set up, and operate machinery to fabricate highly precision‑machined parts. This position requires working with close tolerance equipment, verifying part accuracy, and ensuring proper documentation and quality standards are met.

• Operate turning and milling centers to produce precision parts using work orders, routers, and blueprints
• Set up close tolerance and conventional equipment using drawings, samples, and manuals
• Perform quality checks and verify parts using precision measuring tools
• Accurately document production activities, reports, and logs
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete additional assigned tasks

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, and blueprints
• Basic understanding of CNC controls, cutting tools, and mechanical processes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills with a safety- and quality-focused mindset
