Operate or assist with machines that manufacture paint rollers, including equipment that cuts fabric, glues it to the roller, feeds it through the line, and packages the finished rollers;
Assemble tray sets that include 9" rollers, paint trays, and roller handles, ensuring all components are correctly packed;
Perform general packaging duties such as packing, labeling, and working on the packaging line to prepare products for shipment;
Support general production and assembly tasks as assigned, including basic general labor duties;
Use pallet jacks as needed to move materials and finished products safely within the facility
