Position Overview
Our client, a manufacturer of high‑quality industrial heaters, temperature sensors, and temperature controls, is seeking an experienced CNC Lead to join their team on 2nd Shift. Pay range: $25‑$35 per hour (depending on experience). The 2nd shift has a 15% shift differential. This position also has a potential to earn a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
Responsibilities- Lead and support CNC operators, ensuring safe machining practices and adherence to all safety policies.
- Coordinate daily workflow, machine assignments, and production priorities to meet schedule requirements.
- Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Oversee inspection of machined parts and enforce quality procedures to prevent defects.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and coordinate major repairs with maintenance teams.
- Train and mentor CNC operators in machine operation, setups, and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and equipment records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- May be assigned additional tasks as needed.
