Maintenance Technician

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for thier Manufacturing facility near Cary IL. This is a 2nd Shift Position working from 3:00 - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday. This facility is climate controlled and has a tenured maintenance staff. This posiiton will focus on the plant equipment only and doesn't include the site facilities. This is a large, North American copany with over 70 domestic production facilities, including 6 in the greater Chicagoland area alone.

• Machine maintenance processes include: electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, as well as repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintaining plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks within a manufacturing environment.
• Disassembling and reassembling of machinery.
• Read and interpret schematics and process control diagrams.
• Troubleshooting and calibrating level, pressure, temperature, and flow measuring instruments.process instrumentation.
• Working with electronic controls and circuits, hard-wiring relay logic systems and
• Reading blueprints and equipment manuals.

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing performing machine maintenance
• Associate's Degree Preferred or Trade School Certificate
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Reporting to work on time and dependability is imperative
