Our client, a manufacturer of high‑quality industrial heaters, temperature sensors, and temperature controls, is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators for 2nd‑shift opportunities. Pay range: $20–$30 per hour (depending on experience); 2nd shift includes a 15% differential. This position also offers a potential $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will prepare and set up machines to fabricate highly precision‑machined parts.
Responsibilities- Fabricate highly precision‑machined parts by operating turning centers and milling centers per work orders, routers, and blueprints.
- Set up close‑tolerance and conventional equipment by studying drawings, samples, blueprints, and manuals, and installing computerized instructions.
- Document actions by signing off and completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Perform quality tests and operational checks.
- Verify parts using precision measuring equipment.
- May be assigned additional tasks as needed.
