Aptar is hiring an Operator I (3rd Shift) for its Cary, IL site. The role is fully onsite and responsible for the total production process through finished goods, with emphasis on product safety and quality.
The shift runs 12:20am to 8:30am, Monday through Friday, demanding teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring high-speed machines, inspecting components, performing quality checks, and handling traceability, rework, and recordkeeping.
