Precision Foundry is seeking a Production Operator in Cary, IL to turn molten aluminum into precision cast components. You will prep molds, pour castings, monitor processes, and perform in-process quality checks with calipers and micrometers. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working in heat, and cross-training across centers.
A sign-on bonus and shift differentials are offered. Strong hands-on experience in foundry or metal casting helps.
