Summary:

Seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to fabricate high-precision machined parts by operating CNC turning and milling centers. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

• Fabricate precision-machined parts by operating CNC turning centers and milling centers according to work orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Set up close-tolerance and conventional equipment by interpreting drawings, samples, blueprints, and manuals.
• Perform quality inspections, operational checks, and verify parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Complete required documentation including forms, reports, logs, and production records.
• Follow customer requirements while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, and blueprints.
• Basic understanding of CNC controls, cutting tools, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with employees, departments, and management.
• Safety and quality focused with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic.
