Manager, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Pro Ampac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily plant operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role oversees production teams, schedules, and equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. The Manager drives continuous improvement, implements lean practices, tracks KPIs, and partners with maintenance, quality, and engineering to enhance reliability and reduce waste.

You will coach and develop team members, foster a collaborative culture, and support innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for diverse global markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Plan and manage production schedules, staffing, and resources
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance and reduce waste
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve reliability
• Coach, develop, and evaluate production team members
• Support implementation of sustainable and innovative packaging solutions
