Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:20 PM – 12:30 AM (Afternoon/Evening Shift)

Summary:
Operate and monitor high-speed automated production equipment to manufacture plastic components used in beauty and household products. This role focuses on maintaining quality standards, ensuring accurate production processes, and supporting efficient operations in a clean, team-oriented environment.
- Monitor and operate multiple high-speed automated production machines.
- Perform visual and gauge-based quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Load materials, fill hoppers, and thread tubing onto machinery as needed.
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records using PC systems and scanners.
- Conduct product testing and ensure traceability through handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic math and computer skills required for data entry and production tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
