CNC Programmer–Setup Machinist, Milling & Turning

Join Durex Industries on 2nd Shift We’re hiring CNC Milling professionals to help fabricate high-precision components on brand-new equipment—backed by an up to $5,000 sign-on bonus.

What You’ll DoProduce precision parts by operating milling and turning centers according to work orders, routers, and blueprints.

Set up close-tolerance equipment: interpret drawings/samples/manuals and load programs; install and verify computerized instructions.

Perform quality tests, operational checks, and in-process inspections; verify parts with precision measuring tools.

Document everything accurately—forms, reports, logs, and records.

Continuously improve: troubleshoot processes, refine tooling/feeds/speeds, and adjust offsets and code as needed.

As experience grows, support operator training, workflow coordination, production scheduling, material management, and team leadership.

Handle additional tasks as needed to meet customer requirements and schedules.

What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Strong blueprint reading; skilled with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and edge finders.

Working knowledge of CNC controls and cutting tools; capable of proper deburring and part handling.

Self-directed, safety- and quality-focused; organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator who owns results.
