We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate resolution of issues while maintaining Coilcraft's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Aboutthe Role and Your Impact
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer quality concerns
- Create, process, and track Quality Assurance Inquiries from submission through resolution
- Coordinate with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues
- Draft and deliver 8D reports based on failure analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credits
- Assemble and route contract review documentation
- Act as a resource for internal teams regarding quality-related inquiries
- Support management with quality-related tasks and reporting
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with databases and reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Sound judgment and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple teams
- Experience in customer support, quality, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with quality systems or corrective action processes (8D, etc.)
- Experience handling customer returns or product issue resolution
- Comfort working with technical information or manufacturing data
- Play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and product quality
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
