Our products support industries including telecommunications, computing, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics. We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate resolution of issues while maintaining Coilcraft's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
About the Role and Your Impact
* Serve as the initial point of contact for customer quality concerns
* Create, process, and track Quality Assurance Inquiries from submission through resolution
* Coordinate with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues
* Draft and deliver 8D reports based on failure analysis and corrective actions
* Coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credits
* Assemble and route contract review documentation
* Act as a resource for internal teams regarding quality-related inquiries
* Support management with quality-related tasks and reporting
Who We're Looking For
* Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with databases and reporting tools
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
Preferred Skills
* Experience in customer support, quality, or manufacturing environments
* Familiarity with quality systems or corrective action processes (8D, etc.)
* Experience handling customer returns or product issue resolution
* Comfort working with technical information or manufacturing data
