As the CMM Operator, you will join our Quality Department and play a critical role in delivering high-quality thermal solutions to industries that keep the world moving.
Your Responsibilities- Perform precision inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T to validate part accuracy
- Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gages, gage pins) to verify dimensions
- Analyze data and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams on results
- Identify and communicate quality concerns proactively
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in inspection and quality processes
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Basic understanding of GD&T and Blueprint reading
- Experience using measurement equipment such as mics, calipers, thread gages and gage pins.
- Comfortable with basic math and computer systems
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Pride in delivering high-quality, accurate results
- Ability to cooperate with team members while maintaining a professional attitude.
