Our client, a manufacturer of high-quality industrial heaters, temperature sensors, and temperature controls, is seeking an experienced CMM Operator to join their team on 2nd Shift. Pay range: $22-$24/hr. (2nd shift has a 15% Shift Differential) Please note; training will be required on 1st shift, and then you will move to 2nd shift. As the CMM Operator, you will join the Quality Department and play a critical role in delivering high‑quality thermal solutions to industries that keep the world moving.
Responsibilities- Perform precision inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T to validate part accuracy
- Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, gauge pins) to verify dimensions
- Analyze data and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams on results
- Identify and communicate quality concerns proactively
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in inspection and quality processes
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
