Accounts Payable Coordinator

• Manage and monitor a shared Accounts Payable mailbox
• Ensure accurate intake, routing, and processing of invoices
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support AP documentation, reconciliation, and workflow accuracy
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Working knowledge of accounting procedures and ERP systems (NAV/BC preferred)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced office environment
• Ability to pass required pre‑employment screenings (background, drug, credit, and MVR if applicable)

• Background in high‑volume AP environments

• Experience supporting AP functions in mid‑to‑large organizations
