Auto Park Honda is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, including incoming communications such as email.
  • Validate all accounting and non-accounting transactions, ensuring timely posting.
  • File electronically all documents that require scanning as per team responsibilities.
  • Post all transactions, including banking, journal vouchers, check requests, and other necessary postings.
  • Compile all required documents and reconciliations.
  • Promote a positive working environment and provide backup coverage to similar or other functions within the department.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure availability Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM.

Education and/or Training:

  • Accounting coursework or previous office experience.

Relevant

Work Experience:

  • Previous office experience or completed accounting coursework.
  • Previous automotive retail experience preferred.
