About the Role

• Full‑time, onsite position (Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week)

• Greet, check in, and check out patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and manage EHR system tasks
• Register new patients, update records, and handle appointment scheduling
• Manage incoming calls and route them efficiently
• Keep patient areas organized and safe

• Experience with patient registration and insurance verification
• Strong customer service skills, especially in high‑volume settings
• Comfort with EHR systems and scheduling software
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High school diploma or equivalent, current BLS certification

• Previous medical office/front desk experience
• Medical Terminology certificate
