*** This role provides key administrative support to the Marketing Division’s International Marketing, Agribusiness, and Farmers Markets & Ag Centers programs. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, answering and routing calls  
• Prioritize daily tasks to keep office operations running smoothly  
• Identify and resolve issues with sound judgment  
• Clearly communicate policies and procedures to staff and external partners    This position reports to the Assistant Director for International Marketing and supports the Assistant Directors for Agribusiness Development and Farmers Markets & Ag Centers.
