Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant

Cary Estate Planning, an estate planning and estate administration law firm, is seeking a Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant (Probate and Estate Planning) to join our team.

This is an in-office position in our Cary office for 20–30 hours per week, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the legal field while supporting our Probate and Estate Planning teams.

Our ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, takes pride in producing accurate work, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed. They understand that while scanning documents, preparing mail, organizing files, and assembling client packets may not always be glamorous, these tasks are essential to providing exceptional service to clients and keeping our legal team moving forward.

Prior probate, estate administration, or estate planning experience is a plus, but it is not required - we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn.
