As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leaders, helping manage priorities, communications, travel, meetings, and daily business needs. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to recognize issues, anticipate needs, and identify practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. - Office Administration:
Experience performing administrative tasks in support of local and remote teams, including use of Microsoft Office Suite, Concur Travel and Expense, CIBT, and UPS Campus Ship.
- Previous experience in administrative support, human resources, or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Create executive-level presentations, correspondence, agendas, and communication materials while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- This role is expected to be onsite five days per week.
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
- Flexibility to work outside of business hours.

Summary Pay Range: $28.70 - $43.10
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
