Johnson Maserati/Alfa is seeking a qualified Automotive Service Manager to join our team of professionals.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Service Department operations, ensuring that the department meets the necessary objectives while creating and implementing action plans. The Service Manager will be required to run an efficient and profitable Service Department through productive staffing, customer retention, and achievement of objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of dealership experience and have excellent customer service skills. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, self‑motivate and have a drive to succeed.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of dealership experience
• Active and valid driver license with good driving record
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers
• Strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements
