Responsibilities- Primary role is to report to the site leader, providing on-site support to ensure employees, visitors and other third parties enter the premises consistent with Pennymac Security requirements, including badge management and access controls.
- Monitor access points to the site, including card readers, cameras and other security devices.
- Provide security reporting, including badge use reports and related information.
- Coordinate on-site emergency and safety support as needed.
- Support the site leader in a manner consistent with the scope and purpose of this role.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Prior security experience preferred.
- Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in facilities, project management or real estate prior preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.

CompensationCompensation is described as follows, with variation by role, geographic location, skills and experience:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Aligned with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Value added beyond typical requirements
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives based on company and individual performance.
Salary
$45,000 - $50,000
