AI & Data Risk Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic AI Risk program
• Serve as the AI Risk program manager to help stand up a new enterprise AI Risk function
• Lead multiple projects or major work streams from planning through delivery
• Collaborate with partners across IT and GR&S to maintain alignment and momentum
• Manage resource and budget planning to support responsible and efficient execution
• Track key metrics, insights, and portfolio-level reporting to enable data‑driven decision‑making
• Share clear updates, address challenges, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
• Assist with planning and scheduling initiatives to support smooth adoption of new programs
• Champion organizational change by supporting communication, training, and readiness efforts
• Act as a Risk Governance Analyst supporting facilitation of the AI Executive Risk Committee

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years in business project management, stakeholder engagement, or process optimization
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; graduate degree preferred but not required
• Experience in investment‑related or global/multi‑country environments is a plus
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and influence skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic roadmaps and implement process improvements
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex work, and adapt in a dynamic environment
