All on the Field is seeking an Operations Associate to manage staffing, payroll, and logistics for canvassing programs across Georgia and North Carolina. The role blends people operations with physical operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and office logistics.
You will collaborate with Field Directors and Operations Leadership, supervise onboarding via Justworks, review hours for payroll, and help secure and set up field offices. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.
