Responsibilities
- Gather requirements across multiple product development teams and stakeholders
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for impact and effectiveness
- Identify customer needs, experience maps, and requirements to maximize usage
- Collaborate to ensure design and product architecture standards are aligned and implemented
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- 7+ years preferred financial services experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements to illustrate lifetime income from annuity payments
- Knowledge of TIAA’s products and services, including TIAA’s suite of core annuities (Fixed and Variable)
- Experience with AI (specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering and Generative & Agentic AI)
