KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Setup,configure,andmanage
ZohoInventoryfortheorganization. - Managestocklevelsacrosswarehousesandmulti-location inventory.
- Handlepurchaseorders,sales orders,andstocktransfers.
- Integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho Books ,ZohoCRM,andsaleschannels(e.g.,Shopify,Amazon).
- Generate inventory,sales,andstockreportsforleadership.
- Troubleshootsystemissuesandtrainstaffon Zoho Inventory usage .
- Ensureaccuratestockreconciliationandminimizediscrepancies.
- Buildandautomateworkflowsforefficientinventorytracking.
- Bachelor'sdegreepreferred(Business,Commerce,IT,orarelatedfield).
- Minimum1–2yearsofhands-onZohoInventoryexperience(required).
- Workingknowledgeof Zoho Books ,ZohoCRM,orother
Zohoappsisaplus. - Solidunderstandingofinventoryconcepts(SKUmanagement,batch/lot tracking,reorder points).
- Strong Excelandreportingskills.
- Detail-orientedwithstronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills.
- Priorexperienceinretail,e-commerce,orFMCGinventorymanagementisanadvantage.
